EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Jo-Ann Russell is a dedicated professional with a rich background in human services. She holds a B.S. degree in Psychology/Counseling from Regent University, focusing on Substance Abuse Treatment, and an associate degree from the International School of Ministries. Her career includes roles such as a Home Study Writer for foster children, an Advocate for the homeless, a Case Manager Supervisor for a SIDS prevention program, a Volunteer Crisis Call Counselor at a Women’s Domestic Violence Shelter, and a crisis hotline operator for the mentally ill. 

Jo-Ann is passionate about helping people overcome life’s challenges. She has been married to Andrew for 27 years, and they have a blended family of six adult children, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Andrew is an ordained Minister, and holds an Associate Degree from the International School of Ministry. Andrew has a passion for assisting people to overcome their struggle with addictions.

Andrew served in the capacity of teaching, and pastoral care responsibilities for more than 18 years. For more than 9 years, Andrew and his wife Jo-Ann implemented and served as directors for “Marriage and Family MATTERS” at a local church in Lincoln, NE. Together, they formed and facilitated groups for couples in different stages of marriage. Pre-marital preparation classes and marriage coaching were also overseen by Andrew and his wife.

Andrew and his wife, Jo-Ann, have been married for 27 years and have a blended family of 6 adult children, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Janet is a retired financial industry & retail industry customer service representative, but her favorite responsibility has been to take care of grandchildren.

Kevin is a retired financial industry marketing executive. He was inducted into the American Marketing Association – Lincoln Hall of Fame and was named Marketer of the Year several times. He has also been elected to two separate public-school Boards of Education and served on the boards of various community organizations.

Janet and Kevin have been married forty-six years. They are blessed with four children and 10 grandchildren.

BOARD MEMBER

Pastor Dustin Sutter joined the LTW board of directors in the summer of 2024. He brought with him a decade of experience from Lincoln City Church, where he serves as Executive Pastor. His roles include teaching foundational classes for adults and leading technological innovations within the church. On a personal note, Pastor Dustin is married to his wife Heather, and together they have two children.
